This tiny 70mm x 50mm non isolated buck converter provides a 14V, 15A output from a 18V to 34V input, over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The upper side control board, based on Linear Technology LTC3807, drives the lower side power board, which has an aluminium substrate and therefore can be directly mounted on a heatsink, providing an excellent dissipation.
Based on the Analog Devices ADAU1701 DSP controller, this 50mm x 100mm audio processing board has a stereo audio line input, a balanced mic input with pre-gain, and a stereo line output. The DSP can be controlled directly through pushbuttons, leds and a potentiometer, or remotely through an I2C interface.
Designed to be battery powered and remotely installed in a garden, this IoT board has four 12V 2A power outputs to control solenoid valves for garden watering. An Espressif ESP microcontroller drives the power electronics and allows for remote control of the board through wi-fi connection.
This board, installed on textile factory automated looms, is no longer available as a spare parts on the market. Starting from the old physical board without any documentation or schematic a new board was routed and manufactured, replacing the old one and avoiding thus production stops.
